    • As usual, Rachel, your comments are some of the most insighful and perceptive that I receive. Thanks for responding. I should have you as the ghostwriter for this blog! I agree that meditaion and prayer are of paramount importance, yet so often I let other activities eclipse them. And there is nothing like nature to anchor us. Yesterday I was down on Amelia Island playing in the ocean by myself, and I started to make affirmations about the good that is in my life and coming into my life. I appreciate you and your presence here!
