When you have a moment, pause and say to yourself (or out loud if appropriate) the following words:
ALL IS WELL.
Notice confirming or opposing thoughts and feelings which emerge.
Then say it again,
ALL IS WELL.
Throughout the day today, keep saying those affirming words. Maybe write them on a card or piece of paper so you can easily see the statement.
(The purpose of this exercise is not to deny reality. Maybe you have a bad cold, for example. The purpose is to practice aligning our words and thoughts with that which we desire. And think about this: in this single second of now, right now–the only reality that any of us really have–isn’t all pretty well? You’re alive and breathing.)
ALL IS WELL.
