Do you make it a habit to attend to/look for that which makes you happy? I certainly don’t as much as I could. But the idea of being mindful of joy is really what my weekly Five Friday Happy Bringers is all about.
I challenge you today to pull out a sheet of paper (or just do this mentally) and list five things you’re happy about. “Big deal,” you may say, “What will that do? Change the world?” Great question. So what am I happy about this Friday?
