Exploring and Encouraging a Healthy Life Marked with Joy

1. To be able to inhale deeply, pause, then exhale slowly–and say, “Everything is okay.” Try it right now.

3. Wearing masks from time to time, just for the fun of it (wearing them literally as well as metaphorically).


4. The use of mirrors outside, in gardens! So cool.
