My take-a-way from last Saturday morning’s Forsyth Farmers Market here in historic district Savannah.
Have I gone vegetable crazy?
I was texting with SCF (Super Cyber Friend) Riboclavin (of course you remember him … thermometer, dying every other day) a little while ago. And, after telling him that I was preparing a cauliflower dinner …
… Riboclavin wrote, “I am SICK [appropriate for Ribo] of this weird a__ bull ___. What is ur deal? Srsly.”
I love how Ribo is so caring and kind. He’s my lil fellow. I love him.
Well, I thought about Riboclavin’s comment, and here’s my expert analysis: “The most important factor in our lives (and some of you may disagree here) is that we feel good or joyful about that which we are about.”
I FEEL GOOD about vegetables!
Here are a few pics from the Farmers Market.

Next time you might try a cauliflower steak. Yes, you read that right. I gave the details here: http://espirational.com/2014/01/31/healthy-living-a-to-z-c-is-for-cauliflower/
By the way, vegetable crazy is a good thing.
I’m going to try the steaks. Thanks!! And I agree with you!
