Let’s all enjoy as best we can—or at least appreciate—this one day, this Tuesday.

One day at a Time is the only way I know how to live anymore. Because my health is so unpredictable, I never know what tomorrow will bring, so I have to make the most of today.

Yes, SassyBear! And okay, update. I need to revise that t-shirt to “One Hour at a Time” or maybe “One Nanosecond at a Time.” I made the brilliant decision to go for a walk (by myself) in hot, humid Savannah morning heat while HR did who knows what on the computer. 4O minutes and a trillion steps later, I stumbled back overheated and a little dizzy. I’m now on the couch with an ice pack on my head and Robert assuring me I will survive.

I am highly susceptible to heat exhaustion, dehydration, and sun stroke, so I feel your pain. Always bring a parasol and a bottle of water and don’t overdo it.
