“Robert and … #27”

HR (“Husband Robert” for the uninitiated) and I were meandering around the Baltimore Museum of Art and stumbled outside to find … her.

Fruit: Bronze Statue by Emile-Antoine Bourdelle

Robert is most often bolder than me. “Hello, ma’am. May I have some of your fruit?”

“ I guess so. Because of your red pants.”

“Many, many thanks, ma’am.”

“You’re a cutie. Look behind.”

Generosity.

Robert (aka HR) back in February and … his healing-from-pneumonia/Covid walks in Savannah squares near us.

Pulaski Square here. With his portable oxygen. And (notice his finger) his oxygen saturation thingy.

My fellow. All better today!

Robert and … a Nine’s Clock.

See how many of the equations you can solve.

TiB (Truth in Blogging): The clock belongs to my ex-wife Donna, a retired math professor. HR had just repaired the broken clockwork thingies for her.

Wait! Before you go, here’s a spellbinding film that captures the essence of Robert, a cat and the Nine’s Clock.

We may be back in Slow-vannah after our week trek to New York, but I’m still NYC remembering.

One night we were hanging out at Hush, a tremendously cool gay bar in Hell’s Kitchen.

After wearing out our welcome, we headed to nearby Lucky’s for burgers.

For some reason (the hour at Hush?), Robert was particularly expressive as we awaited our food. Here are half a dozen HR looks.
