I’m marveling this Monday morn at the Colors of Summer here in Savannah.

Walking out our front door, I ran into this brilliant little fellow, lounging on one of our potted plants.

Look closer.

I asked him his name. “Verdante,” he replied, with no hesitation. “Yours?”

  2. Your flowers are beautiful and the li’l lizard is so cute!!! My flowers are … well, having issues this year. We recently moved to a heavily wooded neighborhood, which is great, for we see all sorts of nature, but the squirrels keep digging up my flowers, and a deer ate one of them last week!
