PS: about a third of the way through the article I was thinking.. but why? Tell me why! And boy did they deliver on the explanations and detail. Yes, fascinating.
I had to read this sentence twice as I got it wrong the first time:
“People way back who had to squat did not tend to have as many issues, but because we changed the angle we’re evacuating and sitting longer..”
Oh! Sitting!
My solution: eat lots of fiber (plants), have a coffee in the morning, and you won’t need to sit at all!
