Shhh … Silent Sunday. 4/30/23

My weekly gratitude journal, of sorts.
1. Pretty purple blossoming in Savannah squares.

2. Courageous lawmakers who will heed the will of the people in our democracy.

May other states follow Washington’s lead.
3. Metal man hiding in the bushes near us.

4. Our incredible skin which envelopes our bodies and protects us so spectacularly.
5. Packing up our little gay gray car for a weekend trek down to Seminole State Park and the SAM Railroad to Plains, GA.

May your weekend be packed with good!
A blog category of pics I’ve taken of HR (Hubby Robert) and … well, just about anything.
Robert and … longleaf pine at dusk, Lake Seminole, Donalsonville, GA

“Unbounded”

This past Sunday brought the closing performance of Les Mis here in Savannah. Robert and I presented grandson Daniel, who played “Marius,” with a special t-shirt.

I added the exclamation point to more accurately reflect Daniel’s view about musicals!

A few other photos from the play …

“Do you hear the people sing?”

My weekly gratitude journal, of sorts.
1. My comforting twin meatloafs (meatloaves?) this week. One to eat, one to freeze.

2. Taste buds!
3. Yellow.

4. Grandson Daniel as “Marius” and the talented cast of Les Mis here in Savannah.

5. The TRUTH of this beautiful quote from Les Mis …

May you see the face of God this weekend.
