1. More Savannah fall sidewalk beauty to process.

2. Speaking of beauty, a beautiful little turtle I filmed (10 seconds, watch it!) at the education center at Sapelo Island this week. We really hit it off.

Let’s call her Autumn!
3. Unique walkways.

4. Today. Simply having TODAY. What a reason to rejoice!

5. Spanish moss and Robert.

May you have So Much to love this weekend!
Walking near our place the other day, Robert and I came across this gorgeous rose.

IN NOVEMBER!!! Seriously?

We recently took the ferry over to Georgia’s almost completely undeveloped Sapelo Island for a day trip adventure.

Such fun. The trip didn’t … let us down.
“Broken”

Waking up and finding one of our poor plants suffering outside on the busy sidewalk in front of our place here in Savannah.

“A cactus blooms upon a rocky slope
a bloom of beauty and a prickly hope.” —Doug Jenkins

Robert and I walked into one of our area libraries today to get a book I just HAD to read.
At the entrance, we saw these very cool children-made posters.

May our children’s Right to Read be preserved.
May the far-right extremist voices be silenced, so democracy can prevail.
Tomorrow’s midterm elections may provide the answer

Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams was here in Savannah this morning for her “Let’s Get It Done Bus Tour.”
Robert excitedly attended without me (because I’m a bit under the weather this weekend).

Natalie Portman is in town this month filming her latest movie, so she introduced Stacey.

May Stacey Abrams be our next Georgia governor !
